Bo Kim is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the legal recruiting industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at William Blair since October 2020, Bo has previously held significant roles such as Director of Partner Recruiting at Polsinelli and Senior Manager of Diversity & Law Student Recruiting at Schiff Hardin LLP. At Lateral Link, a firm specializing in legal recruitment, Bo functioned as Director, managing searches for major law firms and corporate clients. Earlier experience includes positions at Lucas Group, Vedder Price, Major, Lindsey & Africa, McDermott Will & Emery, and Northern Trust Corporation.
