Daniela Tejas Miguez currently serves as a Country Advisor at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, providing strategic advice and supporting programmatic strategies for national grant making in Mexico. Previously, Daniela held positions at the Seattle International Foundation as a Program Officer, focusing on youth-led civil society organizations in Central America and Mexico, and at the National Network of Abortion Funds as a Program Consultant, where leadership development programs were co-designed and implemented. Daniela also served as Program Co-Director at Balance AC/Fondo MARIA, where leadership development strategies and funding proposals were managed. Earlier experience includes a role as Social Responsibility Officer at Alstom, where a volunteer program for rural communities was established. Daniela holds a Licenciatura in Ciencia PolÃtica from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and has studied public policy at Beijing Normal University.
