Julia Wilkie has a diverse work experience. In their most recent role, they served as the Chief Operating Officer and Interim CEO at Willful, starting in April 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Product Strategy and Partnerships at Rival Technologies from December 2019 to April 2020. Julia also had a brief stint as the Founder of Mealtime Hero, a company focused on providing nutritious meals for children, from January 2019 to December 2019.

Furthermore, Julia has a long history with InMoment, where they held various positions including Senior Director of Worldwide Alliance Partners and Enterprise Account Executive, Director of Customer Experience Strategy, Inventor & Product Manager, GoRecommend, Account Manager, and Project Manager. Julia'stenure at InMoment spanned from 2007 to 2018.

Early in their career, Julia co-founded Girls Day Out Action Sports in 2003. The organization aimed to promote action sports events for females and create a supportive environment for skill and confidence development. Julia served as the Co-Founder and Co-President until September 2009, collaborating with notable sponsors such as Roxy, Billabong, CoverGirl, and more.

Julia Wilkie earned their Honors Business Administration (HBA) degree from Ivey Business School at Western University from 2004 to 2006. Julia also completed an Executive Leadership Program in Transformational Leadership at Queen's University in 2012. In addition, Julia obtained a BA (Hons) in Kinesiology from Western University, which they pursued from 2002 to 2007.
