Joseph Graf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Willdan since March 2023, Graf has held various leadership roles at Staples Energy since August 2015, including Regional Director and Vice President of Operations. Graf also gained valuable experience as an Event Supervisor at Stone Brewery and H-Events. Prior military service in the US Navy from March 2004 to March 2009 involved leading a 10-member team in the maintenance and operation of sophisticated electronics systems. Joseph Graf holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from San Diego State University, obtained between 2013 and 2015.
