John Utley is an experienced professional in program management and leadership roles within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Program Manager at Willbros, John has previously held key positions at EL Paso Corp as a GIS specialist from 2006 to 2007 and at GE Oil & Gas as COE Leader from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, John contributed to GE Oil & Gas PII Pipeline Solutions in the same capacity during the same period. Earlier in career, John spent over a decade as Director of Development at MJ Harden Associates, Inc from 1990 to 2003.
