Michelle Tompkins Pack has extensive experience in loan operations and small business lending, currently serving as the VP and Loan Operations Manager at Willamette Valley Bank since December 2015. Prior to this role, Michelle held multiple positions at Columbia Bank from April 2012 to December 2015, including VP of Small Business Lending and VP of Loan Operations Manager. Earlier in Michelle's career, from January 2000 to April 2012, the roles included VP of Loan Operations Manager and AVP of Documentation Supervisor at West Coast Bank.
