Poliana Cruvinel is an experienced design manager and product designer with a strong background in managing teams and enhancing user experiences in the fintech sector. Currently serving as Design Manager at will bank, Poliana oversees the design team for various loan products and leads initiatives in onboarding and fraud prevention.
