Christian Knudsen is an experienced professional in retail and e-commerce, currently serving as the Head of Retail & E-commerce at Wilke since January 2018. In this role, Christian provides strategic consulting to major Danish retail chains and wholesalers, focusing on customer experience, segmentation, customer strategy, loyalty, and sales conversion. Previously, as COO of RetailWise from November 2010 to December 2017, responsibilities included operational management and sales for selected large Danish retailers, alongside European organizational development. Christian's extensive background also includes key roles in account management and product management across various companies, with expertise in sales, supplier negotiations, and supply chain management. Christian holds a master's degree in Supply Chain Management from Aarhus University.
