Nichole Davis, DHA, MPH, BCPA, FAHM, is the founder, president, and chief advocate at Wayfinder Patient Advocates and the author of "Patient Advocacy for Dummies." With previous roles at Cleveland Clinic as an enterprise administrator in OR surgical processing, clinical research coordinator, and financial counselor in the emergency department, Nichole has extensive experience in healthcare administration. Additionally, Nichole served as co-chair of the Ohio Statewide Independent Living Council Education and Outreach Committee and as a council member. As the founder and executive director of The Patient's Podium, Nichole focuses on patient advocacy. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Healthcare Administration at Virginia University of Lynchburg and a Master of Public Health at Baylor University, Nichole is committed to advancing health care management and community health science.
