Art Howard, EdD, serves as the Vice President of Global Inclusion & Community at Wiley since November 2021, focusing on the development and implementation of inclusion and diversity strategies. Previously, Art held the position of Executive Director of Employee Relations and Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity at Deluxe, where collaboration and high-performing workforce initiatives were key. Art's career includes significant roles at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System, overseeing procurement for Durable Medical Equipment and managing the Diversity and Inclusion program. Prior experience includes a Compliance Officer role at the U.S. Department of Labor and service as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army. Art holds an EdD in Organization Development from the University of St. Thomas, an MA in HR from the University of Oklahoma, and a BS in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
