D. Mark Renaud is an Election Law Partner at Wiley Rein LLP, a position held since September 2000, where D. Mark Renaud has developed and implemented nationwide pay-to-play and lobbying compliance programs for large insurance companies, financial services entities, and technology companies. D. Mark Renaud has also assisted cooperatives, corporations, and trade associations in obtaining favorable advisory opinions from the Federal Election Commission regarding complex affiliation issues. Prior to this role, D. Mark Renaud served as an Associate at Economists Incorporated from August 1995 to July 1997. D. Mark Renaud holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law (2000) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University (1994).
