Cari Stinebower has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Of Counsel at Wiley Rein LLP since October 2005, where previously held the title of Associate. Prior to joining Wiley Rein LLP, Cari Stinebower worked as an Attorney Advisor to the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) at the US Department of the Treasury from May 1999 to October 2005. Cari Stinebower holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from American University Washington College of Law (1993-1996), a Master of Arts (MA) in US Foreign Policy from American University (1994-1996), and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Asian Languages and Civilizations from Amherst College (1989-1993).
