Dalton Thomas has a diverse work history with experience in various roles and industries. Dalton is currently working as a Food Service Sales Lead at Wildtype, where they are responsible for developing strategies for sustainable food products and expanding the customer base through partnerships. Prior to this, Dalton founded Neloa Foods in 2020, where they served as the CEO and focused on connecting chefs and restaurants to provide high-quality food experiences to guests at home.

In 2019, Dalton worked as the Director of Operations at Ensue, a restaurant in Shenzhen, China, where they led operations management, marketing strategy, and cross-functional leadership. During their time there, the restaurant received recognition as the 19th best restaurant in Asia.

Dalton also has experience as a Strategic Development Consultant/Chef, where they partnered with executive chefs and helped develop strategic development plans, marketing communication strategies, and competitive analysis for restaurant concepts. Prior to that, they served as a Kitchen Manager/Baker at The Bread Station in Berlin, where they played a key role in sustainable culinary concepts and revenue growth.

Before their career in the culinary industry, Dalton served in the United States Marine Corps as a Corporal. Dalton led a team in coordination with the State Department on civil affairs and humanitarian aid projects in Iraq.

Dalton Thomas has a diverse education history. Dalton obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Executive MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Dalton attended this school from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Touro University in Berlin, Germany, from 2016 to 2018. In 2011 to 2012, Dalton Thomas completed a culinary training program at the International Culinary Center, earning a certificate in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.

In addition to their degrees, Dalton Thomas also obtained a certification called LSEC in April 2022 from UC Berkeley Executive Education.
