As Director of Biological Services, Mr. Roper oversees the Wildlands Biology Department and is responsible for all of the biological evaluations of potential properties. Bill has more than 20 years of personal and professional experience and garnered his expertise from working with various mitigation and conservation banks in California, Oregon, and Washington.
