Cody Perez is an experienced Lease Operator with a career spanning over a decade in the oil and gas industry, currently employed at WildFire Energy LLC since August 2021. Prior roles include consecutive positions at Hawkwood Energy and Halcon Resources Corporation, where responsibilities focused on monitoring, maintaining, and repairing oil and gas wells and integral components to ensure optimal production. Earlier experience includes work as a Lease Operator/Pumper at O’Brien/O’Benco Energy, where gas well operations were managed, as well as a QA/QC Customer Representative at TH Hill Associates, providing engineering solutions for operational failures. Prior to the energy sector, Cody served in the United States Air Force from March 2006 to March 2012, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant in Security Forces and holding leadership roles as a Lead Instructor and Security Manager. Education includes a High School Diploma from Franklin High School and specialized training at The Ocean Corporation in 2013.
