Ozan Tuzmen has extensive experience in business process management and leadership roles. Ozan worked as a Business Process Manager at Billerud, where they implemented the SAP ERP system and developed a training program for various departments. Ozan later joined Sappi as a Business Process Manager, where they reviewed and redesigned supply chain processes across North America and expanded their role globally to focus on customer centricity. In their most recent position as the Chief Executive Officer at Wildfare, Ozan was responsible for expanding the Mediterranean food CPG start-up and achieving national distribution within three years. Ozan successfully launched products into major regional retailers and managed operations for 75 different products across 12 channels.

Ozan Tuzmen holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Wright State University. Ozan also has a background in Chemical Engineering from Istanbul University. In addition, Ozan Tuzmen has obtained certifications in Anti-Fraud and Corruption from Compliance Online (Pty) Ltd. in 2017 and has received training in Competition Law, also from Compliance Online (Pty) Ltd.
