Katy Andrews currently serves as the Operations Manager and Conservation Project Manager at Wilderness Travel, a position held since January 2018. In this role, Katy introduced the Conservation Project Manager position to enhance conservation efforts within the company, acting as the primary liaison for conservation partners and managing the promotion of initiatives across various media. Previously, Katy was a Veterinary Assistant at the San Francisco SPCA from January 2016 to January 2018, where responsibilities included performing semi-invasive procedures on animals and providing compassionate support to pet owners. Katy holds a Graduate Certificate in Wildlife Forensic Sciences and Conservation from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts from Guilford College, majoring in Sociology and Anthropology with additional studies in Women's Gender and Sexuality Studies and Photography.
