Mason Childers is an experienced hospitality professional with a background in guest services and management. Currently serving as the Guest Services Manager at Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells since May 2014, Mason has also held various roles such as Manager at Mid Town Pub, General Manager at Holiday Inn Express, and Guest Services Manager at Thumper Pond. Previous experience includes positions at Le Bourget Aero Suites and Wilderness Territory, where Mason developed expertise in resort management, lodging, and guest services. Mason's foundational experience in the hospitality industry began with roles as Head Lifeguard and Lifeguard at Wilderness Resort from 2003 to 2004. Mason holds a degree in Hospitality & Tourism with a focus on Lodging Management and Resort Development from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, completed in 2009.
