Catiglenn Northcott has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Bartender at Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells since May 2016, where responsibilities include mixing and serving drinks, creating attractive displays, and entertaining guests. Additionally, Catiglenn has worked as an Attractions Guide at Wilderness Hotel and Golf Resort since June 2012, training new staff and ensuring guest safety on rides while providing exceptional customer service. Previous roles include Trail Shop Assistant at Elroy Commons Trail Shop and Housekeeper at DJ's Inn and Pub. Catiglenn holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where studies were completed between 2013 and 2017.
