Divya Shahani is a Partner at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, specializing in Entertainment, Corporate, and Intellectual Property Law since August 2023. With extensive experience in the field, Divya previously held the same partner position at Miller Thomson LLP from March 2020 to August 2023, and worked as an Entertainment, Corporate, and IP Lawyer at Hall Webber LLP and Reisman Law Offices. Divya has been an active member of Women in Film & Television-Toronto since 2013 and served as Chief Volunteer Officer for Women in Communications & Technology. Educational qualifications include a JD from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, an Osgoode Certificate in Entertainment Law, and a Bachelor of Arts with first class honours in Philosophy from McGill University.
