Sylvia Ortega Azurduy has extensive experience in project management and organizational leadership, currently serving as a Project Officer at Wilde Ganzen since October 2001. Additionally, Sylvia has been a Board Member for INWES since September 2020, where the focus is on strengthening the capacity of various entities to influence STEM policies worldwide. Sylvia's commitment to women's advancement is further evidenced through board memberships at AYNI Bolivia Nederland, Gered Gereedschap, Chakana, and FNV Vrouw, where efforts are dedicated to promoting a women-friendly labor market. Sylvia also held the role of coordinator for the Global Teenager Project between 2000-2009 and worked in communication and fundraising for the Protestantse Kerk in Nederland from 2001 to 2006. Sylvia's educational background includes advanced training in international cooperation from Radboud University, along with degrees from Université catholique de Louvain and Universidad San Francisco Xavier de Chuquísaca.
