Christian Parra has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Christian is currently employed as the CX | Knowledge | Engagement Insights Director at Wild Fork since March 2023. Prior to this, Christian spent several years at Oracle, where they held various roles including CX Territory Manager and Marketing, Advertising & Loyalty Digital Transformation Senior Consultant. Before joining Oracle, they worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Privalia, focusing on CRM performance, marketing automation, retention, and loyalty in the e-commerce sector. Christian also has experience in CRM marketing automation as the Lead for E-Commerce ZX Ventures at Anheuser-Busch InBev. Earlier in their career, they served as a Marketing Manager at UBM plc and held positions at Qualcomm, American Express, Navistar Financial, Chrysler, and American Express again, where they worked as a Customer Experience Specialist. Throughout their professional journey, Christian has gained expertise in various areas such as engagement insights, marketing automation, e-commerce, CRM, loyalty, and advertising.

Christian Parra's education history is as follows:

Christian Parra obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Universidad del Valle de México from 1998 to 2003. From 2017 to 2018, Parra pursued a Master's degree in Digital Marketing at Aden Business School. In 2021, Parra completed a program in Women in Business with a focus on Entrepreneurial Leadership at Victoria147.

Parra continued their education at EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2021 to 2023, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Following that, in the same year, Parra attended the Yale School of Management to pursue a degree in Behavioral Science of Management.

Additionally, in December 2021, Parra obtained a verified certificate for "Información financiera y su análisis" from edX.
