Chris Nicol is an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in developing collaborative technology solutions. Since July 2010, Chris has worked at SMART Technologies, where responsibilities include developing hardware and firmware for DViT interactive whiteboards and related educational devices. Prior experience includes serving as an Electronics Contractor at Science Alberta Foundation, focusing on design and repair for educational devices, and working as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary, where Chris supported student labs and assessments. Earlier in Chris's career, experience as an Electronics Engineer at Grindcom involved developing control systems for forestry equipment, encompassing circuit design and software development. Chris holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
