Kim Richards is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, program design, and organizational development, currently serving as the Strategy & Program Design Manager at Wild Earth Allies since January 2016. In this role, Kim manages conservation projects across seven countries, utilizing participatory methodologies for increased effectiveness.
