Isabelle Renault has a diverse work experience, having worked in a range of roles since 2014. Isabelle began their career at McMullen & Sons Ltd as a Bartender, then moved on to become a Team Leader and Assistant Manager. In 2018, they began working at Vita Coco as a Supply Chain Executive, and then moved up to become a Supply Chain Manager. In 2021, they joined Lanique Spirit of Rose as an Operations Manager, and in 2022 they moved to Wild, where they are currently a Senior Supply Chain Manager.

Isabelle Renault attended the Lycée Déodat de Séverac from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles (PC). Isabelle then attended the Ecole et Observatoire des Sciences de la Terre - EOST from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Master of Engineering in Geophysics and Seismology.
