Laura Dulat is an experienced brewer with a strong background in the brewing industry. Currently employed at Wild Beer Co since October 2018, Laura previously worked at Long Man Brewery from February 2017 to October 2018, holding the positions of brewer and assistant brewer. Prior experience includes serving as a microbiology technician at Cara Technology Limited from December 2014 to September 2015, where responsibilities included managing yeast supplies and laboratory tasks. Laura Dulat holds a Master’s Degree in Brewing Science & Practice from the University of Nottingham (2015-2016) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Surrey (2010-2014).
