Taslima Begum is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in support and engineering roles. Currently serving as an IT & Desktop Support Engineer at Wilcom International since January 2020, Taslima has previously worked as an IT Support Engineer at United Voice from March 2019 to December 2019. Taslima's earlier experience includes a tenure at UGL from February 2006 to April 2013, where roles included ICT Field Support Specialist, VIP Support Specialist, IT Helpdesk Analyst, and a secondment as Messaging Specialist on the Microsoft Application Program Project. Taslima holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Auckland.
