Julian Dady has diverse work experience, with their most recent role as Head of Marketing at Wilcom International, where they oversee innovative solutions for the embroidery and decorated apparel industry. Prior to that, Julian founded and served as Principal Consultant at Digital As Usual, helping businesses with digital marketing strategies and optimization. Julian also held the position of Global Head of Digital at SAI Global, where they defined the company's digital strategy and led global e-commerce operations. Julian's earlier experience includes being the Head of Digital Strategy at Thomson Reuters and Managing the local FindLaw business. Julian began their career as a Publisher at Sweet and Maxwell.

Julian Dady has a strong educational background, with a focus on business administration and management. Julian obtained an MBA degree from the AGSM @ UNSW Business School from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they also completed a Graduate Diploma in Management from the same institution, studying from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, Julian earned a Graduate Certificate in Management again at AGSM @ UNSW Business School, completing it in the year 2006.

In terms of their undergraduate education, Julian attended the University of Hertfordshire from 1987 to 1990, where they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Philosophy.
