Richard Wilbur, MBA has a diverse range of work experience. Richard is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Wilbur Packing Company Inc., where they oversee all retail product operations within prune, walnut packing, and ranch divisions. Richard also coordinates financial affairs and manages key negotiations, contracts, HR, and logistics. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), where they directed all retail product operations and managed capital improvement projects. Richard also held the position of Global Vice President of Sales, where they implemented marketing plans, communicated with clients, and developed training programs. Additionally, Richard has experience in the Office of Congressman Bob Smith, where they provided general office support and conducted research on complex topics.

Richard Wilbur, MBA earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, specializing in Marketing, Finance, and Investment Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science & International Relations from the University of California, Davis. Richard has also completed certifications in Winning with Relationship Selling and Effective Communications & Human Relations & Sales Training from Dale Carnegie Training.
