Rick Cahoon is the Director of Enterprise Security at Wilbur-Ellis, a position held since February 2003, overseeing IT security, procurement, and support services for a global network of over 200 branches. Prior experience includes serving as Service Delivery Manager at Sprint from 2000 to 2002, where Rick managed technical service delivery for data center services, and as Manager of Support Services at Advanced Radio Telecom from 1998 to 2000, focusing on high MHz internet connectivity in Metropolitan Area Networks. Additionally, Rick held the role of Technical Support Manager at Entex from 1995 to 1998, managing on-site support at the Microsoft Campus. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications from Brigham Young University, earned between 1977 and 1983.
