Mat Nadrofsky is the current Director of Engineering at Wikimedia Foundation. Nadrofsky has over 17 years of experience in software development and management and has worked for companies such as Igloo Software and Home Hardware. Nadrofsky has been instrumental in the adoption and implementation of Agile software development practices across multiple departments and has revised and improved user experience design by implementing UI mock-up tools to facilitate rapid development iterations with customers. Nadrofsky has also spearheaded efforts to develop and deploy applications for Android, Blackberry and iOS platforms.
