Brandi Monroe is the Senior Manager of HRBP at Wikimedia Foundation. Brandi has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources.

Brandi started their career as an HR Intern at The Coca-Cola Company in 2001. Brandi then became the Recruiting Manager/HR Site Representative at Navigation Solutions, LLC - A Hertz Company in 2005. After nine years with the company, they transitioned to Deloitte & Touche as the HR/Campus Recruiting Assistant in 2014. The following year, they became the Human Resources Manager at ITHAKA / JSTOR.

In 2016, Brandi was promoted to Senior HR Generalist/Business Partner at Epsilon. Brandi then moved to Altair Global as the Manager of Global Team Member Experience & Resources in 2017. Brandi has been with Wikimedia Foundation since December 2019 and is currently responsible for business partnering, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

Brandi Monroe's educational career consists of a Master of Science from Indiana State University and a Bachelor of Science from Oakland University.
