Naïsha Santiago currently serves as the Algemeen directeur at Bo Dream Management and as the FIFA Forward Programme Coordinator at Federashon Futbòl Kòrsou, both since January 2023. As a co-founder of Stichting Kolorido and Fundashon Kolorido, established in 2009, Naïsha has significantly contributed to the Dutch community. Additionally, Naïsha has held various roles including Ambassador of Healthy Lifestyle at Zebra Welzijn since April 2014, and Quality & Research Executive at the Curacao Sport Development Foundation from January 2015 to December 2022. Previous positions include teaching at the University of the Dutch Caribbean and working in sales and gymnastics training. Naïsha's educational background includes multiple degrees in sport management, pedagogy, and administration from reputable institutions, including Utrecht University and the University of Curacao.
