Rion R. serves as the Directeur of the Nederlandse Vechtsportbond since February 2024, focusing on elevating martial arts in the Netherlands through safety and accessibility. Currently, Rion R. also holds roles as a Freelance Data Privacy Officer and Security Officer at Holland Casino, an Independent Educator at Global Knowledge, and the Chief Data Protection Officer at Wij Techniek. Rion R. founded Rijker Advisory, delivering privacy and cybersecurity strategies, and contributed to training programs for the National Data Management Office and Sdaia. Previous experiences include serving as Of Counsel at SOLV Advocaten, Chief Data Protection Officer at Quin, Data Protection Officer at Vodafone, and creating privacy course materials for SECO-Institute. Rion R. holds advanced degrees in Sports Management and IT Law, with ongoing studies at Eaton Business School.
