Mike is a Partner in Wiggin and Dana’s Real Estate, Construction and Facilities Department. His practice includes commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, financing transactions, leasing transactions, and development and construction contract negotiation.
Before joining the firm, Mike was an associate at Day Pitney where he represented a wide range of clients such as large institutional lenders, major developers of mixed use and multifamily properties, large and small commercial landlords and tenants, utility companies, and various other entities engaging in both simple and complex real estate and construction transactions. Mike also worked for one of the nation’s largest general builders, managing various facets of commercial construction projects throughout southern Connecticut.
Mike received his J.D. magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Quinnipiac Law Review. He received his B.S. cum laude in civil engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He was also an intern for the Honorable Janet Bond Arterton, U.S. District Judge for the District of Connecticut.
