Freek Jansen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development and production management within the construction materials industry. As the Production Manager and R&D Manager at Wienerberger Nederland since January 2019, Freek has been pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency. Previously, Freek served as the R&D Manager at Wienerberger from January 2014 to January 2019. Additional roles include membership in the Task Group on Fuels at VEMW from 2006 to January 2019 and serving as a council member for the Municipality of Rijnwaarden during the same period. Freek holds a degree from Eindhoven University of Technology, completed between 1978 and 1985.
