Matthew Balnaves currently serves as the Head of Commercial Excellence at Wienerberger UK, starting in October 2024. Previously, Matthew held the position of Head of Strategy at Agent from September 2023 to September 2024, where leadership of the strategy department occurred during a period of significant organizational transformation. Matthew's extensive experience at Hilti Great Britain spanned from June 2008 to September 2023, including roles such as Northern Europe Trade Manager and Regional Manager, where responsibilities involved strategic execution and sales leadership across multiple markets. Education includes an MBA from Lancaster University, a Certificate in Leadership & Social Entrepreneurship from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, and a BA Hons in Politics from Newcastle University.
