Hamid Aghaie is an experienced Energy Market Analyst at Wien Energie GmbH, focusing on strategic energy economics, data analytics, and the economic assessment of energy generation assets since September 2021. Concurrently, Hamid serves as a Lecturer at Technische Universität Wien, teaching courses related to energy markets and supervising master theses. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager/Research Engineer at AIT Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH, where involvement in various R&D projects took place from June 2013 to September 2021. Hamid's academic background includes a PhD in Energy Economics/Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Wien and a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tehran.
