Alena Nicolay currently serves in the role of Prozess, Digitalisierung & IT HR at Ratiodata since October 2023, focusing on IT solutions and managed services. Prior to this position, Alena worked as a Community Manager at Widgetbook from October 2022 to September 2023, facilitating collaboration among frontend teams to bridge the gap between design and development. Earlier experience includes a role in Operational Management and Administration at the Dance Theatre of Ireland in early 2019, supporting a professional contemporary dance organization known for its community and educational outreach programs. Alena is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in the European Business Programme at FH Münster, expected to graduate in March 2024, and previously studied business administration at CEU Cardenal Herrera University.
