Emma Jeppsson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Emma currently works at &Wider as an Implementation Lead, where they manage a team of three and coordinates their development and goal setting. Emma also oversees project management for large-scale projects and ensures strategic priorities are met. Prior to this role, Emma worked as an Implementation Facilitator at &Wider, where they assisted clients in improving working conditions through worker engagement technologies.

Before joining &Wider, Emma gained valuable experience at Nike. As an Account Specialist, they serviced EMEA Football Clubs and Federations, analyzed processes for improvement opportunities, and communicated inventory updates. Emma also served as the Sports Marketing representative on a cross-functional project and as the employee engagement captain for the Sports Marketing function. Earlier in their time at Nike, Emma worked as a Category Coordinator, focusing on data accuracy and supporting Sports Marketing Managers and Directors.

Emma also has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a waitress at Deja Vu Restaurant & Bar. In this role, they not only provided excellent customer service but also trained and coordinated younger staff members and managed events.

Additionally, Emma has demonstrated their commitment to social causes through volunteer work. Emma served as a Volunteer Activities Coordinator at Stichting de Vrolijkheid, where they organized activities for children at refugee centers in the Netherlands.

Through their varied work experiences, Emma has developed strong leadership and project management skills, as well as a dedication to improving working conditions and supporting social causes.

Emma Jeppsson received their International Baccalaureate Diploma in Humanities from the International School of Hilversum, where they studied from 2006 to 2012. Emma then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Anthropology and Sociology at University College Roosevelt from 2012 to 2015.
