Jennifer Howard has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jennifer started their career as a Program Assistant at the University of Notre Dame in 2006 and then became a Program Associate at the Vera Institute of Justice in 2008. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at the National Organization for Victim Assistance, where they held multiple roles, including Program Manager, Deputy Director, and Interim Executive Director. In 2017, Jennifer took on the position of Producer/Executive Assistant at Odysseus Arms and later became the Administrative Manager at the Center for Conservation Peacebuilding. In 2018, they joined Widelity, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager. Finally, in 2017, Jennifer started their own company, JLH Administrative Management LLC, where they serve as the Principal.
