Mingwei Ma is a seasoned Senior Project Manager currently at Wide Eye since November 2024, with extensive experience managing end-to-end projects and retainer clients across diverse industries including DTC, wellness, B2B, fintech, and non-profit sectors. Previously, Mingwei served as Senior Project Manager at Studio Simpatico, overseeing multiple projects and streamlining workflows through innovative tools such as Linear and Notion. Mingwei's career includes roles at Vaudeville Ventures, where project planning and team empowerment were key responsibilities, as well as contributions as a Junior Strategist and intern in various capacities. Additionally, Mingwei co-founded Patch & Saffy, an e-commerce stationery business, enhancing analytical skills in sales and user experience. Mingwei holds a Bachelor of Science in International Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
