Kayla Creighton is currently serving as the Coordinator Special Programs II at Wicomico County Health Department since October 2022, where responsibilities include assessing individual needs to create personalized care plans for a caseload of 40 clients and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Prior roles include Coordinator Special Programs and Care Coordination Specialist at Wicomico County Health Department, as well as a Maternal and Child Health Intern at TidalHealth. Kayla also contributed as a Community Health Outreach Worker, providing education and outreach on COVID-related topics, and as a Health Education Intern at Dorchester County Health Department. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Preventive Medicine from Salisbury University and ongoing pursuit of a Master of Public Health at Purdue Global.
