Joel Richards is a seasoned web application developer with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various roles and companies. Currently, Joel serves as a Senior Web Application Developer at Wichita Tribal Enterprises, LLC since February 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Web Developer at CF Webtools and working with Indian Health Services in multiple capacities. Joel began a career in web development at Brainstorm Internet and later founded J3media, Inc, a creative development firm. Joel's technical expertise includes CFML, SQL Server, JavaScript, CSS, MURA CMS, and HTML5, complemented by a strong educational background in English, Communications, and Art History from Fort Lewis College.
