Vikram Balaram is an experienced professional in production systems engineering and infrastructure management, currently serving as the Lead at Wibmo since January 2015, where responsibilities include supporting mobile payment systems for major banks and merchants in India alongside providing L3 support and system management. Previously, Vikram held key positions at Infosys, managing teams for application support and acting as a Database Subject Matter Expert, and at Tech Mahindra, providing L2 support for data transmission in an investment banking context. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at HCL Technologies, where Vikram supervised production support tasks for over 40 applications used in quantitative equity research and sales. Vikram holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University.
