Ariel Ismirlian has been working in the technology field since 2005. Ariel began their career as a Tecnico Electronico at Deison Ingenieria Medica in 2005. In 2007, they moved to JyE where they held the same role. From 2008 to 2017, they worked at Megatrans S.A. as a Tecnico en Desarrollo. In 2017, Ariel joined Symtron as Gerente de Innovacion. Most recently, they have been working as the COO at Wiagro since 2019.

Ariel Ismirlian studied Desarrollo y direccion de empresas at the University of Buenos Aires from 2018 to 2019. Ariel also holds an Ingenieria Electronica degree from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, with a focus in Desarrollo.
