Sunny Morgan is a seasoned journalist and educator with experience in various media roles. Currently serving as a General Assignment Reporter at KYW Newsradio since June 2024, Sunny also contributes as an Associate Media Instructor at WHYY, teaching media in Philadelphia schools. Previous experience includes positions as an Editorial Writer at REVOLT and a Writer at theJasmineBRAND. Sunny co-directed and led journalism efforts at The Youth Activist Press, a grant-funded news collective, and has held writing roles at InClub Magazine and The Inquisitr. Earlier professional experience included banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and customer service at Blue Cross RiverRink. Sunny's educational background includes a degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a high school diploma from Constitution High School.
