Paul Parmelee is an experienced videographer, editor, and technical director with a career spanning over two decades in the broadcasting industry. At WHYY since September 2006, Paul has focused on shooting and editing news, transitioning to field shooting for multiple productions after the relocation of TV production to Philadelphia. Prior roles include photojournalist positions at CN8 The Comcast Network, Fox 29 Philadelphia, WHP-CBS 21, and Berks County News, where skills in live broadcasting and remote reporting were honed. Paul's early career at the Philadelphia Park Horsetrack involved significant technical roles in live broadcasts. Paul holds a BA in Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 1996.
