Tiersa Winder is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as the Talent & Culture Coordinator at LIFT, Inc. since June 2022. Previously, Tiersa worked as a Junior Human Resources Generalist at NFM Lending from November 2020 to June 2022, and as a Human Resources Assistant at The Aspen Institute from May 2016 to December 2019, where responsibilities included recruiting, onboarding, and processing benefits information. Tiersa began the journey in Human Resources as an intern at The Aspen Institute, performing similar tasks. Additionally, Tiersa utilized leadership skills as a Basketball Camp Counselor at McDonogh Summer Camps for three summers. Tiersa holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Bryant University, complemented by minors in Human Resources and Psychology.
