Olivia Byrd MSW serves as the National Program Manager for Coaching at LIFT, Inc. since November 2022, previously holding the position of Client Care Coordinator at the DC Department of Behavioral Health from January 2022 to November 2022. While at DC Department of Behavioral Health, Olivia enrolled consumers in services after clinical review and provided crisis services and suicide prevention counseling. Prior roles include Congressional Caseworker for the U.S. House of Representatives, Senior Case Manager at ICL, and Outreach Specialist at Pathways to Housing, showcasing extensive experience in client advocacy, crisis intervention, and outreach within diverse community settings. Olivia holds a Master of Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Howard University.
